‘Sun Park Residence’ 2100m2 -35 apartments & ‘Carol Park Bucharest’ 2000m2-34 apartments, are two multi housing residential medium scale projects build and completely sold in the city center of Bucharest. Design follows an iteration of commercial housing units that allow for an interesting design result. Building orientation and city views mandated the design ideas framing certain view through the apartments capturing the city and adjacent Parks.
